We Moved to the Idea Foundry!

Located in a renovated 100-year-old shoe factory at 421 West State St. in historic Franklinton, the Columbus Idea Foundry is now the new home of Justis Engineering. Described as “the largest community makerspace on the planet”, the 65,000 square foot facility opened its doors in 2014 and serves as a home to makers, entrepreneurs, artisans and craftsmen.

The second phase of construction was completed in February 2017 and opened the second floor of the building as coworking space consisting of 32 private offices, dozens of dedicated desks, conference and class rooms, a kitchen and a ton of open coworking space.
